چکیده

The interaction of quadriplegic people with technology has been minimal in most cases and applications, which has generated a wealth of needs that affect the comfort and well being of the same. The purpose of this project is to design and implement a prototype to perform a scan and parameterization of the retina by image processing software to handle a given platform based on Windows.The operator used to process the image is the Sobel algorithm, which is used in image processing, especially in edge detection algorithms. Technically it is a discrete differential operator that computes an approximation to the gradient of the intensity function of an image. This is done through a program developed in Visual Basic 6.0.
